VOICE · AI RECEPTIONIST

A receptionist that picks up in Hindi.

Every Indian hotel loses bookings to the missed call. Fursat answers every one, in the language your guest wants to speak, and writes the reservation into your PMS by the time you wake up.

Hindi-first, English-fluent

Cartesia Sonic on a tuned Hindi voice. The agent switches code mid-call without losing the booking thread, and the transcript renders in both languages thanks to Sarvam Mantra.

Twenty-four seven, twenty seconds

Picks up before the third ring, day or night. Answers about tariffs, availability, check-in time, breakfast, parking, and the road from the airport, in your property voice.

Knows when to hand off

Group bookings, refunds, anything escalated: the agent warm-transfers to the on-duty manager or drops a WhatsApp into the inbox with the full transcript and the guest intent already tagged.

Books while you sleep

Reads availability from NextPax, quotes the right rate, sends the payment link on WhatsApp, and confirms once Cashfree settles. The frontdesk wakes up to a fresh reservation in the PMS.

HOW IT GOES LIVE

Three steps, two business days, one number.

01
Point your number

Forward your existing hotel line to the DID we provision on Exotel. No new SIM, no new handset, no number change in your printed collateral.

02
Train on your property

We scrape your website and ingest your tariff sheet, then walk your GM through five property questions in the onboarding chat. Live in two business days.

03
Listen on day one

Every call is recorded, transcribed in Hindi and English, and replayed in the dashboard. Approve the agent voice, tune phrasing, mute the handoff rules, all without engineering.

QUESTIONS

The four we hear every week.

The voice stack is Retell for orchestration, Cartesia for speech, Sarvam for Indic translation. We will swap a layer the day a better one ships.

  • Will my regular guests notice it is an AI?

Most do not, on a Hindi call. The Cartesia Sonic Hindi voice tested cleanly with our pilot properties. Where the agent is unsure, it admits it and offers to connect a human.

  • What languages are supported today?

Hindi and English in production, with native code-switching. Tamil, Bengali, and Marathi are in private beta on the Chain plan; ask us if you want in.

  • Can it actually book rooms?

Yes, end to end. The agent quotes from NextPax inventory, holds the room, sends a Cashfree payment link over WhatsApp, and writes the reservation back to your PMS once paid.

  • How is voice billed?

Five hundred minutes per property per month included on Operator. Overage at four rupees a minute. Chain plans pool minutes across properties.
