1. Who we are
fursat OS is a software platform operated by Fursat Farms Private Limited ("Fursat", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India and registered at Siliguri, West Bengal. Corporate identification number (CIN) U55101WB2023PTC266520. GSTIN 19AAFCF7211E1ZU. These Terms govern your access to and use of the fursat OS hosted application, our APIs, and any related services we make available at getfursat.com or any subdomain we operate.
You can reach us at hi@fursat.fun. For legal notices, write to the same address with subject "Legal". For grievances under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, see Section 14.
2. What the service does
fursat OS is a multi-tenant operating system for hospitality chains. It bundles an AI voice receptionist, a unified inbox across messaging channels, a reviews surface across major travel platforms, dynamic pricing, and (optionally) a computer-vision overlay on a property's existing CCTV. Specific modules enabled for your chain depend on your subscription.
We update the platform continuously. We may add or remove features. We will not materially reduce a feature you are actively relying on without reasonable notice (typically thirty days).
3. Your account
You can sign up as an individual operator or on behalf of a hospitality chain. By doing so you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have authority to bind the entity you represent, and that you will keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be eighteen or older. We do not offer the service to children.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a weekly cadence via Cashfree on-demand UPI Autopay, except where we explicitly agree to a different cadence (annual enterprise terms, for example). Prices are in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST, and we issue GST-compliant invoices.
You can cancel at any time from inside the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle in which you cancel. We do not refund partial weeks unless required by law.
We may change pricing with at least thirty days' notice via in-product message or email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not let any third party:
- Use fursat OS to send unsolicited messages or spam in violation of TCCCPR (2025) or the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Misrepresent the AI as a human in interactions that require disclosure.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at volume, or circumvent rate limits we publish.
- Upload content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or violates Indian law.
- Use the platform to process surveillance footage in ways that violate privacy law or the DPDP Act's consent and purpose-limitation requirements.
We may suspend access for material breaches and will tell you why.
6. Your data and your guests' data
You retain ownership of all data you put into fursat OS, including reservation records, guest messages, voice transcripts, and review responses. We act as a data processor for your guest data; you are the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act. Our handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time. On termination we will delete or return your data within thirty days, except where retention is required by law (for example, GST records for the statutory window).
7. Our intellectual property
The software, brand, designs, and documentation are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property to you. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription.
8. Third-party services
fursat OS integrates with third parties at your request, including but not limited to Google Business Profile, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Tripadvisor, WhatsApp via Gupshup, Cashfree, Stripe, Retell, Cartesia, and Sarvam. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes in their availability, pricing, or policies.
For OAuth integrations, you grant fursat OS access to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can revoke that access at any time from the Settings area or from the third party's account screen.
9. AI features
fursat OS uses large language models from Google, Anthropic, and others to power features such as voice answering, message parsing, review reply drafting, and pricing suggestions. AI output can be wrong. We label AI-generated content where reasonable. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications and pricing before they go to a guest.
For voice calls, we ensure the receptionist opens with an AI disclosure as required by TCCCPR 2025 and DPDP Act consent norms. You must not disable this disclosure.
10. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on the paid plans, measured at the API surface. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events, and outages of upstream providers we depend on are excluded. Enterprise customers can negotiate a contractual SLA.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fursat harmless from claims by your guests or third parties arising out of your use of the platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement at the end of any billing cycle. We may terminate immediately for material breach (non-payment, illegal use, or a court order requiring it). Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) do survive.
14. Grievance officer and DPDP requests
In line with Section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we publish a grievance officer who is your single point of contact for any complaint about how your personal data is handled by fursat OS, or for any request under your rights as a data principal.
Grievance Officer: Yogesh Bansal · hi@fursat.fun · WhatsApp +91 79084 38456.
To file a grievance, write to the address above with subject "DPDP Grievance" and include enough information to identify yourself in our records (your registered email, mobile number, or chain account name) plus a description of the issue. We will acknowledge within seven working days and resolve within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Siliguri, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, in line with the location of our registered office. Before going to court, both parties agree to attempt a thirty-day good-faith resolution over email.
16. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify the primary admin on each chain account. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
A note on this document.
This is the operating agreement. For data-protection specifics, including what we collect, where we store it, who processes it, and how to exercise your DPDP rights, see our Privacy Policy. Questions: hi@fursat.fun.
