  • Is the price really per-property?

    Yes. Each property is its own tenant with its own seats, channels, and reporting. Add or remove properties without contract renegotiation.

  • Do I need a channel manager already?

    No. OTA hookups are included end to end. We provision the channel pipe for you at no extra cost.

  • What does the pilot include?

    Full Operator features for 14 days at one property, capped at 3 seats. We handle onboarding, OTA hookup, and one playbook tuned to your property.

  • Can I cancel?

    Anytime, no penalty. We bill monthly per property. Your data exports cleanly to CSV the moment you ask.

  • How is voice billed?

    Each Operator property gets 500 voice minutes per month, pooled across seats. Overage is ₹4 / min. Chain plans pool minutes across the group.

  • What about CCTV / on-site intelligence?

    In private beta on the Chain plan. We support ER-compliant Indian brands (Matrix, ArcisAI, Sparsh, Qubo, Zicom, Godrej) over ONVIF. No Chinese-SoC hardware.
